At our standard retail prices, your margin is ₱1,000 on Kwento, ₱2,000 on Alaala, ₱3,500 on Pamana. Charge more than retail and keep a wider margin.
White-label option: the album and packaging carry your studio name only. No Moments mark. Your client receives it as your product.
You order per client after collecting their payment. No stock to hold, no risk to absorb. Trade price is due 50% on order, 50% before shipping.

Referrals must be genuine third-party clients. Self-referrals — referring yourself, or placing an order under another name to receive a commission on your own purchase — are not eligible. Commissions are verified before payout; any self-referral discovered will be reversed and partner status reviewed.

If your clients go through milestones — weddings, births, debuts, graduations, deaths, anniversaries — there is a Moments book for that moment. The program is open to anyone with a client base.
It depends on the track. Reseller: you keep the margin between our trade price and what you charge your client. At standard retail you keep ₱1,000 per Kwento, ₱2,000 per Alaala, and ₱3,500 per Pamana — and many partners charge above retail for a wider margin. Referral: you earn ₱500, ₱1,000, or ₱2,000 per book depending on the tier, paid within 7 days of the client’s deposit. A ₱500-per-book volume bonus applies to both tracks for 5 or more books in any rolling 90-day window.
No. The program is open to anyone with clients who go through milestones — photographers, event coordinators, debut stylists, funeral homes, pediatric clinics, maternity hospitals, schools, senior care facilities, corporate HR teams, and more. If your clients celebrate, grieve, graduate, or give birth, there is a Moments book for that moment.
No minimum. No monthly quota. No contract. You earn when you send a client — whether that is once a year or ten times a month. There is nothing to maintain.
Referral commissions are paid within 7 days of the client’s 50% deposit clearing, via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer. We confirm your preferred payout method at signup so there is no friction when commission time comes. Reseller partners collect payment directly from their clients and pay us the trade price — your margin is already in your pocket at the point of collection.
Yes. You can switch tracks per client — resell for one and refer the next. The only rule is one track per client; no double-dipping on the same project.
No. Referrals must be for genuine third-party clients — people you are introducing to Moments who would not otherwise be ordering through you. Referring yourself, or placing an order under another person’s name to collect a commission on your own purchase, is not eligible. We verify referrer and client contact details before every commission payout. If a self-referral is found, the commission is reversed and partner status is reviewed. If you genuinely want a photo book for yourself, just order at retail — that is the honest path and there is no penalty for it.
No contract required. The partnership is informal and per-project. Either party can stop at any time with 14 days’ notice. Bookings already in production are honored regardless.
Deposits are non-refundable per standard Moments terms. For Referral partners: if the client cancels before the book ships, the commission is forfeited. For Reseller partners: the deposit you collected from your client covers your trade-price deposit to us, so your financial exposure is limited to your trade deposit — not the full order value.
