Every package is hardcover, printed on 200gsm matte or gloss paper as standard. Optional upgrades — heavier paper, linen or foil-stamped covers, leatherette presentation boxes — are discussed during your consultation.

Moments is a photo book concierge service. You send us your digital photos, and we handle everything else — selecting the best shots, designing the layout, printing, packaging, and delivering a beautiful photo book to your door. You don't need to design anything yourself.
DIY platforms require you to upload photos, choose templates, arrange every page, and design the entire book yourself. Research shows that 80% of people who start a DIY photo book never finish it. With Moments, you literally just send us your photos and tell us your story. We do everything else.
Kwento (Story) — Starting at ₱3,500: 8" × 8" hardcover, up to 40 pages, 200gsm matte or gloss paper. Baby milestones, baptisms, birthdays, travel memories, personal gifts.
Alaala (Memory) — Starting at ₱6,500: 11" × 8.5" hardcover, up to 80 pages, 200gsm matte or gloss paper. Weddings, debuts, anniversaries, baby's first year, family reunions.
Pamana (Legacy) — Starting at ₱14,000: 12" × 12" hardcover, up to 100 pages, 200gsm matte or gloss paper. Wedding albums, legacy family books, milestone anniversaries.
Optional upgrades — heavier paper, linen or foil-stamped covers, leatherette presentation boxes — are available during consultation.
Bank transfer from any Philippine bank or e-wallet via InstaPay or PESONet. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining 50% due before printing.
Timeline starts once you've submitted all your photos for curation, not the day you book. Kwento: 3–4 weeks. Alaala: 4–5 weeks. Pamana: 5–6 weeks. Rush processing (+₱2,500) is available for Kwento and Alaala, subject to availability — for Pamana rush, please discuss before booking. Provincial clients should add 3–7 business days for LBC/JRS shipping. Peak season (October–January, Valentine's week) adds 5–7 buffer days.
We'll create a private Google Drive folder for you — just upload your photos there. We'll send you a detailed Photo Submission Guide after booking. Send as many as you like — we'll curate the best ones. Your photos are deleted within a month after your completed book is delivered.
Not at all. Send us everything and we'll curate the best ones. If you have specific favorites or must-include shots, just let us know. Sorting and selecting is part of what we do for you.
Yes. We offer photo scanning at ₱20 per image and photo restoration (for damaged, faded, or torn photos) at ₱300 per image. We can work with photos from any era.
Kwento and Alaala packages include 1 revision round. Pamana includes 2 rounds. Additional rounds are billed at ₱500–₱1,000 each. A "revision round" is one consolidated set of written feedback — not back-and-forth changes.
If there's a genuine printing defect (misaligned pages, color errors, binding issues), we'll coordinate a reprint at no additional cost. Minor color variations between screen and print are normal and inherent to the printing process.
